Check the balance and schedule
Open payouts or settlements in the dashboard. You will see the available balance, request history and details for each payment channel.
Automatic or manual payouts
The available payout options depend on the account and payment method. With an automatic schedule, you do not need to create every payout manually.
A payout has not arrived
- Check its status and request date in the dashboard.
- Confirm the bank account linked to your account.
- Check whether an external provider settles that payment method.
- If the status needs checking, send the payout ID to the dpay team.
