Compliance Manager

We are looking for someone to develop the compliance function at Payments Lab and help teams translate regulatory requirements into clear, workable rules.

What you will do

  • monitor regulatory changes affecting payment services and assess their impact on the organisation
  • develop compliance policies, procedures, controls and registers
  • review product changes, operational processes and cooperation with partners
  • work across AML/CFT, sanctions, data protection, complaints and ICT risk management
  • coordinate materials for inspections, audits and communication with the relevant institutions
  • deliver practical training and build regulatory awareness across the team

What we are looking for

  • experience in compliance within payments, fintech, banking or another regulated financial institution
  • the ability to analyse regulations independently and explain their business impact clearly
  • practical knowledge of payment-services regulation and AML/CFT; familiarity with DORA and GDPR is an advantage
  • strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several topics at once
  • fluent Polish and working English
