How much does the dpay gateway cost?
There is no monthly subscription for access to the gateway. The standard fee for BLIK and instant bank transfers starts at 0.89% of the payment amount, with a minimum of PLN 0.20. Current rates for other methods and any additional charges are listed on the pricing page.
Do I need a developer?
Not always. You can connect WooCommerce with a ready-made plugin or create a payment link without writing code. A developer is useful when you want to connect dpay to your own system or a custom sales flow.
Which payment methods can I offer?
You can offer methods including BLIK, instant bank transfers, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa Mobile, buy now, pay later, PayPal and Paysafecard. The final set depends on your business and account setup.
How long does setup take?
First, create an account and provide details about your business and where you sell. Once they are verified, connect a plugin, payment link or your own system. Timing mainly depends on whether the information is complete and which setup you choose.
Can I issue a partial refund?
Yes. In the dpay dashboard you can refund the full payment or part of the amount. If you use an integration, refunds can also be handled from your own system.
How do payouts work?
You can request payouts manually in the dashboard or set an automatic schedule. The active option and payout dates are stated in the agreement for your account.
Can I test the integration first?
Yes. We provide a test environment and documentation. You can also use the demo on this page to see how customers choose a payment method.
