Refund a payment in the dashboard
- 1Open the transaction history.
- 2Find the payment and check whether a refund is available.
- 3Choose a full refund or enter the amount for a partial refund.
- 4Confirm the operation and keep its identifier.
Full or partial?
BLIK, bank transfers and cards support full and partial refunds. Some buy now, pay later methods allow only one refund, even when that refund is partial.
When will the customer receive the money?
dpay sends the refund after accepting the request. The time it takes to reach the customer then depends on the payment method, bank or provider.
Do not promise a specific posting time unless it has been confirmed for that customer’s payment method.
